Studio Hire request
If you are looking to hire the studio space for a shoot, please fill out this form and we will get back to you ASAP with regards to availability and pricing.
Please note some details below:
- The Studio is a white infinity curve measuring 7,5m (w) x 3m (d) x 3,8m (h)
- Max PAX for studio is 20 people.
- The entire gallery is a non-smoking venue.
- We will respond to all requests within 48 hours of submission (Mon-Fri).
- We have Wi-Fi facilities available for live streaming.
- The gallery is situated in the Rosebank Mall, and as such has access to secure, boomed parking for your guests.
- The venue is within a 10 minute walk of the Rosebank Gautrain Station.
- The studio is open to the rest of the gallery and as such is not a private studio. There may be other clients of FotoZA & KAMERAZ walking around who might watch what you are shooting. Please see additional features for pricing to screen off the studio space.
Pricing:
NB: No shoot will be allowed to begin until the invoice & security deposit has been paid in full before hand.
Hourly Rate: R850/hour (empty studio - bring your own equipment)
Half-Day Rate (4 Hours): R3200 (empty studio - bring your own equipment)
Full-Day Rate: (8 Hours): R6000 (empty studio - bring your own equipment)
Additional Features that can be added:
Catering: Chat to us about budget options. (Needs to be arranged at least 7 days in advance)
Private Studio session: Additional R300/hour
We will screen off an area of 4m x 8m in front of the studio space if you require privacy screening.
Equipment for hire:
We have Godox Lighting & Pro Photo lights that are available for rent. Indicate that you want to rent equipment in the form below and we will come back to you with exact specs on what lights are available at the time.
Security Deposit & Overtime:
Deposit: A flat rate security deposit of R1500 is required upon booking. This will be refunded to you after the shoot provided there has been no damage to the studio/overtime/gear damage.
Overtime: All setup and striking of the studio needs to be done in the hours booked. (Eg: if you booked an hour session and are bringing your own gear, you will have an hour to setup, shoot and strike the set). If you run overtime we will charge the standard hourly rate above on a pro-rata basis.
